just curious, but which difficulty are you playing on? If I'm not wrong here, if you play dj max hot tunes or black square and play 8B/6BFX, you can play on easy, whereas on portable 2 you have to play on normal to play 8B right?

No, you can unlock 8B on normal difficulty. You just have to reach a certain number of play count.

Use a tripod if you have one, or put your camera on the table and play in front of it. Of course, that results in poor camera angle, not to mention very uncomfortable and hard for you to play that way.

You're most likely either reacting too late on the D-pad patterns or forgetting to press the L and R. Spam the shoulder buttons and concentrate on the 6B part of it.

Then prove it. If the PSP charts are as easy as you claim, then you shouldn't have any problems posting videos. Show us a max combo, high average and high score on either My Alias MX, Beat U Down MX on 6B and Brain Storm MX, Nightmare, Rolling on the Duck MX, Stalker MX, and Taekwonburi MX on 8B. Make sure we can actually see your hands in the video and that you're playing the songs alone, the PSP way, and not keyboard style. Show us that it's set to at least normal difficulty. We'll be waiting.

Stalker MX is a unique chart: it relies heavily on tricky hold patterns as opposed to Nightmare's swift, sudden bursts, so that song is out of the question. Rolling on the Duck should have been able to help you because its guitar riffs are similar to the piano solo. =O Practice Nightmare 6B on Portable 2 with hard difficulty. That should sharpen your accuracy by a good extent.

That's because of the one-button glitch on Black Square which allows you to hit a note even when the wrong button is pressed. Because of that infernal stratagem, getting a Max Combo on any song is so much easier.

Haha it's fine. Okay, DJ Max 2 is basically the sequel to DJ Max 1, and Clazziquai(together with Black Square) is the PSP port of DJ Max Technika, the arcade DJ Max game. On a side note, Clazziquai's a very easy game. o_O

I'd show you, but there's a coupla problems:

1. My old PSP broke, and I can't use the data on my new one, hence I started over. If you don't believe me, try loading your save data on another PSP.

2. It's been months since I played any real hardcore music, so finishing lv.13-14 songs on hard difficulty will take a while. I wish I could've recorded my Nightmare 8B on hard, but I just didn't have a camera back then, so I have no real proof to show you.

For the song count, just go to Collections, then Album. You'll see all the songs you've played, and a number on top of each one - that indicates the number of times you played it. Just add them all up to get the total. xD

That's possible. Actually there's a couple of reason you coild've done it: your thumbs were warm at the time(yes, having warm thumbs really do help! xD), active senses or reflexes, or you were in the zone... xDDD

No, there's 4B FX in Clazziquai, that's it. Think of it as an intro to 8B. Remember that Clazziquai is aimed at casual gamers and beginners; Black Square is where 8B will make its appearance. We can also expect a lot of very hard songs! xD
