Your arching your back, so 1. your not supposed to be doing that weight, 2. Why are you doing that in the first place? ur not gaining anything from that your trying to show off but doing a bad job at it.

That is not what I am saying at all. Sorry for assuming, but most people only work their front muscles, thereby losing a lot of range of motion in the opposite direction. That fact that you didn't do that is great. I personally am more of a GPP guy. So naturally I do crossfit. Happy lifting.
nice job man, i'm working on these myself to compliment my regular bench presses, but i'm only doing them 1 day a week now (was doing them 3 lol), i'm up to a measily 70 pounds, but it's a start :)
You were so close, not bad though, you can get this weight no problem

not too bad. im 13 and off the dope, I above the influence, and my max one arm bench is with a 160lb dumbbell and I have perfect balance. :P

yes i can, i can do the prayer position behind the back in yoga.
weightlifting does not mean inflexibility.
