BUT -- have always had an icon on the taskbar -- tell me to "boot" the installs.

One day my computer was normal, then the next day i turn it on alot of things was changed. My screensaver didn't work at all in the beginning, not it works but the picuters is slow and get stuck.And it changed from 32 Bits to 16 bits. Dont know what to do. Maybe leave it to someone who can repair whatever it is =)
