  • I have been eating and drinking soy products (tofu, miso etc) for more than 10 years. Omega 3 + fish, healthy food. Nothing helps. Nothing helps again the hot flashes, sweatiness, insomnia.....nothing! I spent the last 15 months aprox. 2 thousand pounds.
