  • Just excersize and hour a day and eat right. Like fruits oatmeal wheat bread. Keep junk foods to a minimal and better yet none. And in 4 months u lose fast

  • i eat 3 meals a day and up to 6 snacks of protein.(allowing 1 hour between snacks) I only have fibre (bread or cereal) or fruit ) for breakfast. I was told that you should never eat carbs without protein. Does this sound correct? It seems to be working great. Have lost 5 kilo's in 2 weeks. My downfall was not eating enough.

    At the moment I am doing only half hour on treadmill in morning. I go on treadmill first thing and then eat breakfast. Should I eat before or after? Your videos are gr8.

  • I noticed fruit has a lot of sugar in it can I eat that after an hour of cardio.

  • Yes it is fine to eat. Remember reaching your proper healthy weight requires you to take watchful notice of your energy consumption vs. energy usage on a daily basis...doing the cardio and waiting the hour is perfect timing...the fruit is fine.

  • Ya kno, I was thinking about what you said about having no whites after 12pm && I noticed that white sugar, but I use Organic sugar that isn't bleached. Is that the same thing or no?

  • When it comes to choosing sugar, there is no doubt that unrefined raw sugar is the best choice. It contains minerals and nutrients that are stripped from refined white sugar and regular brown sugar.

  • Yes, but it depends on how close you are to your ideal healthy genetic weight...if you have a ways to go, you need to choose a better carb that will be easily digested. It is all about digestion folks... if you cause anything to slow up too much or move to fast...you get in the way of your genetic efficiency.

  • proteins,fruits and over eating the vegetables will have you full of energy...trust me...it's the only way I make it through my tough workouts...well I do have an occasional cookie...lol...but I do my extra 5-10 minutes of cardio right after or even while I am enjoying the treat...

  • Again, we can pick a lighter breakfast food...I would go with the protein smoothie with a dose of the liquid multi-vitamin alive...will make a clip showing this.

  • it will be easy... just pick your favorite berries, make sure your proteins and vegetables are seasoned with low sodium seasoner like Mrs. Dash...healthy is tasty...if done right!

  • No white food after noon? Chicken is white. Eggs have white. Pork is considered white. Cheese and yougurt is primarily white.

    These are protein foods.

  • You listed proteins... I said proteins are fine. Lets not fight the process. You KNOW what I mean by white...sugars...breads, pastas, rice...

    Hey if you want to lose fat you have to do this. If you choose not too try...then it is fine.

    I know it works...so do my friends. Give it a chance.
