collwatt - probably just an imbalance in the core. you're probably just better at stabilizing yourself when using your right arm.

one i use my left arm i lean more thatn when i use my right. lower the weight?

but if you do both sides at the same time (2 dumbells) doesn't that also prevent that sideways hip motion?
