Video title is mid leading, he's not questioning capitalism, he's questioning corporatism which is a form of socialism...socialism for the businesses.
@Americansoldier11x True, but he does say on several youtube videos that capitalism is dead and has a lot to answer for. True socialism is not the way either..we need a genuine middle ground. Ron Paul is also right in all of his videos where he states that we need to stop this endless cycle of violence...I'm aformer British Royal Marine Commando, 13 years service..served in Northern Ireland, Sierra Leonne, Iraq and Afghanistan, i assume your US military..surely you agree..this all needs to stop.
@LCStreetPhotographer Absolutely I agree, the wars we are involved in serve no true purpose in terms of national defense. Neither do they benefit the economies of our nations, only the government contractors which again shows the corrupt relationship between corporatists and government bureaucrats.
Do you know what caused the fear that brought the feds????? A BANKER WHO USED HIS INFLUENCE TO SCARE PEOPLE INTO PULLING OUT OF THE MARKET. He used that to cripple the economy shortly, then proposed the Federal Reserve Act, and then promised to lobby and lobby and lobby towards the presidential candidate at the time if he would pass the act when he got in. He then passed it, and then even said in person, 'I have unwittingly destroyed my country'.
Ronald Reagan was little more than a shill for coporate America, much like nearly every President before him or since. He was the biggest union-busting scumbag to ever walk this Earth. I loathed every second that senile old fuck sat in the Whitehouse. His whore John Colter (father of Ann) decertified the Phelps-Dodge union in Arizona, putting entire families out in the street.
He was scum. He was scum. He was scum. He was fascist SCUM.
@bapyou If you're accusing him of Proxy mass murder for being in charge of a country's military (and sending soldiers in to kill people in, say Lebanon) then every world leader who has done so throughout history is guilty of the same, including the Presidents that came after.
Every time I see Ron Paul speak to these guys it's sad. You can see it in his eyes, he knows he's fighting a losing battle. Even though the Fed has an agenda from higher, and they will complete it, he still stands up for the truth in the situation.
Yep, we haven't had capitalism at all. Noam Chomsky is right. Capitalism without statism does not create productive booms. The interent would not be around without the state, railroads, sea port, airports, health technology, NASA, etc. That is not necessarily a bad thing. All fake progress that has destroyed the evironment for future generations... all those babies Ron Paul tries to save, and bring into this world.
yeah, ron paul wasn't questioning capitalism...far from it, he's capitalisms poster boy (which is a good thing!). Thanks for the add but learn more about the man and his beliefs.
I feel Ron Paul is not questioning Capitalism at all, he is questioning whether or not we had capitalism at all and was it all the fault of the people behind the scene not allowing the free market to work.

Thanks for reading.
Here's a little quote from an actual bonafide saint which I stash in a text file just for occassions such as this one:
"He or she who is not angry when there is just cause for anger sins."
~ St. Thomas Aquinas
Take that quote and suck on it.
I'd piss on Ronald Reagan's grave, but he is not wrothy of my piss.

The FDIC doesn't have the money to back up all the deposits because the banks didn't put up all the reserves.
