It simply has more hitstun, faster falling speed for many characters, and slight tweaks to characters movesets in terms of knockback and damage. Move do not stale in B+ either.

It's a hacked version of brawl where the characters don't trip. There may also be some other variants, like an infinite length replay limit, or other features along those lines that will not effect the game play other than the modified tripping factor.
