The main thing is to practice these techniques until you really get good at it. I have been doing this eft video daily for a month and everyday now I can easily get into a blissful happy state. While I am in this state I try to keep and build this energy more everyday. It is like a habit now + I have hours of being blissfully happy.  I repeat that "I enjoy and savour every moment of my life and am content Thank You God " many times during the day.
