  • No comments. Just give it to me to eat it. Here in Birmingham, just a few minutes of walk from my home. We have Khyber Resturant. It is somewhat similar but Namak Mandi wohooo is unmatchable. Love you Peshawar and Pakistan.

  • ZUNDABAD PASHTOONISTAN WE ARE AN AFGHANI WE ALL ONE

  • Fantastic Movies brother, thax alot I will definitely try it coz I love Nimak Mandi's taste. U trust or not but this taste is found nowhere...

    Regards

  • Making karahi ghost is not an art. Only select the meat of age max one year old animal.

Even if you cook only with salt and red chilli, most of people will love it. I have practically did it.

  • Ahmer brother it depends on the culture and places that what you eat and what you cook.

Meat has its own taste چاشنی/لطف/مزه/مذاق/سواد/شوق/لذت/. You cook in any way and people will like it.

  • it mak me hangr

  • kya baat hai jee. bhut khoob. I am an indian and i do the same at my house. i love karahi gosht. very nice brother.

  • I hope it tastes awesome, as most of these traditional dishes with simple cooking and spices have mouth watering taste. Just need to ask how can we get rid of its peculiar smell if cooked with normal spices like haldi , red chillies coriander etc and does the same dish which u showed has this peculiar smell.I hope the cooking experts will have this solution.

  • @freedom4mic - hmmmmmm smell ? my dear we in this part of the world LOVE the smell of Lambs Meat. However if u want to get rid of it just add GARLIC -- lots of it

  • @bobnadeem Thank you 4 the reply, since ages Ive been looking chaaney ke dal ka quorma, traditional dish used to be very popular long long time ago, but no luck so far any help 4rom ur cooking experts that was called Ghouree rotee mainly.

  • @freedom4mic - i guess you aint getting proper Lamb meat, cuz it doesnt have any smell... the smell tht you get is usually from goat meat. And most of us who know the real taste of Lamb would just run away from goats meat...

  • Oh thank God atleast someone knows the authentis recipe....i am from Peshawar and for years have been explaining to people in the US and on youtube where wrong recipes of karahi have been posted. No ONIONS, NO MASALA's, but nobody believes it. The cant wrap their mind around something being tasty without tons of masalas thrown in it. Good to see for once someone advocating the real recipe! It is our heritage.

  • @tanoo101 -- thanks alot for liking it and I totally support ur view -- the AUTHENTIC recipe does not contain any masalas at all.

  • @tanoo101 I have tried both recipe, this one without masals taste better and taste like Lambs meat, only i left out the lambs own fat, I cooked it in oil.try it also

  • @puketinho ....you dont have to tell me, i was born here and have been eating it this way all my life. ;-)

  • hi!!I am from indialiked the dish ,please let me know is this already marinated or atraight from the chopper board secondly what is the massala are this guys using

    Thanks for the post :-)

  • @srijit8227 - thanks for liking the dish. the mutton is not marinated but in order to cook properly we recommend sheep's meat, it cook with its out fats.

and also no MASSALAs at all, except SALT

  • You have not added asian famous spices as in karahee Ghost of Sub Continent. That one with spices and herbs is more delicious and liked among foreigner.

  • @maymar1 -- my dear we here in the Northern parts of Pakistan dont use spices that much and specially in the mentioned dish only SALT is used. There are many varieties of this dish but the authentic one does not use any masalas at all.

  • @maymar1

This dish origionated in the Central Asian/Afghan/Pashtun region, along with chappal Kababs. In this cuisine salt/garlic is the main spice, other spices like garam masala. or zeera powder, haldi, ajwain, etc etc are not used, only a bit of red chillies. And trust me they are far tastier than the mutated version eaten elsewhere in the world. Try the origional and see for yourself. Sometimes simple is better. Not everything needs to be drowned in Masalas.

  • Simplicity at its best. It is my dream to visit Pakistan and enjoy the delicacies it has to offer.Thank you very much for this video.
