What cracks me up is how Robert Kiyosaki's supporters try to criticize John Reed by saying John Reed does not know anything about real estate because he "only" owned 12 properties. Well, he still owns them and has been in the business since 1967. I know real estate investors who owned over 30 properties for just a few years and went bankrupt and others who owned only a few units for decades and successfully retired. There is a difference between acquiring property and operating them.
