The 2 hash making comments i left, are just tips. The stuff your making is still really nice looking, and way better lookign than most. The tips i gave you are just for fullmelt. You still will get hash like that in your larger bags, and 25u, if its a large trichomed indica strain. I dont like trimming wet, but if you are able to do that, then sticking the trim in the freezer right away, really really gets the heads snapped off, if the water is around 33F, and you use gental agitation.
@Bret1Maverick I have certainly found that it is an "art form" Creating different strains and quality. I have done about 25 runs now and am getting better with each one. I'm now using a paint stirrer from home depot and a really low speed drill (old school) I am NOT beating it nearly as much as well. I have also found that drying ahead of time is essential. I stopped using the food processor. Just doing it by hand now. It is so much fun to make. Great experience. Any tips always appreciated.
Part 2 of my hash comment. (i love the way your plants turned out btw) Its really better if you dont press your hash, untill its dry. The bag companies are confusing calling the screens pressing screens, when they should call them drying screens.lol. 1 way is to set that screen on a shammy, and then scrape your hash onto the screen. then press it a day or 2 later. Or spread it out, and make it into small blobs, so it drys better. Pressing it wet, makes it too hard to dry. Still your hash is nice
not being a trool, or shitting on your hash making style. but if you ajitate in a bucket that has no bags, and then poor into the bucket wiht bags, your bags last longer. Another tip is if you use a wooden spoon, and agitate for only 5 minutes, with dry trim, and 15 with fresh frosen, then poor into the bucket wiht the bags, and let it set for 5 minutes. Your hash comes out really really melty in the 45u,73u,and 90u bags, depending on the strain. also more ice. between 32 and 34 degrees is best.
