This judge has voted VERY powerfully in FAVOR of controversial gay issues in the past.

@garysher3 if the Judge had been an evangelical minister he would have decided the same way. It was a slam dunk case. Prop 8 violates the equal protection clause, NO question about it. It is also a slam dunk case at the appellate court, because they are considered the most "liberal" court in our nation, and one of the judges had expressed "interest" in hearing the Prop 8 case before Judge Walker heard it. This judge has voted VERY powerfully in FAVOR of controversial gay issues in the past.

Marriage is what their using to normalize their gayness. When I mean normal; Im reffering to the morality aspect of individuals. Such is the reason I cannot promote marriage if from it's core, one is accepting their intimacy as "normal".
I have young cousins who are now being exposed to such topics and while they find no problem calling it 'weird' they certainly cannot say that to GLBT friendly advocates without calling them names.

The FAMILY ultimately has the right to teach and not the media or strangers. The only conclusion they came with is this: they saw a boy in school behaving more feminine than them and for some reason felt the need to tell me and called it 'weird' and the 9 year-old said 'gross'. Now I do not know if there parents taught them that ( I doubt it). Because like me I was exposed in middle school to that behavior and confronted my parents about it then along came the views.
