I think it's a pity Dr. Malcolm is so totally different in this movie. He's so hilarious in the 1st one, and in this movie he's all serious. Still, it's Jeff, so I like it anyway;)

Contrary to what the program says, this one wasn't as frightening as the first one. How could it possibly be, the first one was so much more constrained, the factor that actually makes a film terrifying. Yet what do we get here, an army of hunters and a Tyrannosaur loose in a city. That is hardly what I call horror but a (mentally)cheap disaster movie.

Don't get me wrong, I love the dinosaurs as much as I've ever have. It's just the humans that could be, uh, a little bit more realistic. The movie is okay(just saw the end part) but it's moral sides are extremely flawed and that can tick you off if you're not in the mood.

Still Miles ahead of Jurassic park 3, Now that was a fucking disaster movie literally. I really enjoyed this film and i might be 1 of the few that thought the T-Rex in the city was really entertaining esp at how real it looked.

Lets hope if they ever decide to make a Jurassic park 4, that Speilberg is back and the film is atleast like the lost world and nothing like jurassic park 3. I just cant believe how bad that film was.

I agree that it's in some ways better than JP3 but I actually don't like neither sequel that much. The original had it all regardless if the dinosaurs are slightly inaccurate. In fact, if the film-makers have the balls those inaccuracies could even have an explanation in relation to the new knowledge behind dinosaur paleontology. For example, scaly Raptors versus feathered Raptors.

this brings back memories i whas 2 years old when the first jurassic park came out i have loved dinosaurs since they got better movies in the 90s now many movies look so fake its not sure if the 4th comes out but i hope so i love movies with jeff goldblum he reminds me about my father;)
