Peggy is a tough customer, but Galactica is more maneuverable and has less limited firing arcs. I can take out Pegasus with Galactica relatively easily. Just get in real close and stay out of her firing arcs. Above or Below is best. Be careful not to let Peggy hit you with those forward batteries. They hurt. Anyway if I can do it I'm sure Adama could.

@fakey2 if you take a look at my profile iv got a video of galactica taking out pegasus also. infact iv got 2/3, the one titled galactica vs pegasus is more of a "this fight looks cool" not a "lets hug peggy's ass and win the boring way" lol, its a gd video with an epic galactica fly-by video at pegasus's end, especially with the exchange of gunfire at the timescale too.

pegasus and the strongest ship? no no you forgot the cyloncolonie ship... i think thats the strongest ship in the bsg universe...but i think this vid is logical because pegasus has more weapons and her frontguns are more than heavy...but one question: the pegasus has shields?..i dont think so in the show no ship has shields...cool vid though and excuse my english pls

Well, the name of the show is "Battlestar Galactica" and not "Battlestar Pegasus", so I guess Galactica just has to prevail.

@jolteon411 Or lee could have just came sooner and they wouldn't have to sacrifice any ship. Season 2 was the bomb. Watching Season 4 Part 2 at the moment. That is also very good.

read the comments on this + the partner video... i know how to take it down easily, but it LOOKS better on a video this way, dont you agree? if i make a video id rather make it look appealing, not show how un-interesting the battle can be.

but yes, if you read the comments, i have told many people, that is the easy way todo it, just stay ontop, or even level at the back, is even better, get EVERY rail fires on pegasus. takes it down in half the time

pegasus have very powerful front cannons, so its just enough to jump as far as its possible and tell it to run on galactica.. railguns will do the rest =D

I finally got the mod installed, played pegasus vs. galactica and it was to easy, so I did galactica. Barely won. I somehow made it to flip upside down over pegasus and then point down. It was murder. Do you have a name for the forums?

Yeah Pegasus is really an anti-capital destroyer where as the Glactica is a heavy carrier. Galactica has better defenses where as the Pegasus's damage output is insane against bigger targets.

I did that and beat the pegasus, I just stayed on top of them where there guns can't shoot XD.

you cant find the game in stores anymore, you can find it on ebay or Amazon.... just wait and pray if they make it standalone

You can find it in stores. I bought mine in a 3 for £10 deal at Game. I would reccommend going there.

Hay, I've never seen this game before.

When I play as the Galactica and have the Pegasus as my ally against about 4 Baseships (Easy for a Mercury and the Galactica) but the Pegasus gets blow up easily and leaves me to finish of the enemy (I do of course).

But I'm talking about the Kobayashi Maru mod for Star Trek bridge commander

How did you manage to use that much health on it?:P I usually just let the forward batteries run until they are really close, and then I jump as far away as possible, which let me use the forward batteries again to do the rest of the job;)
