i have always wondered how you can edit into the macro to where you can hold down either shift or alt or ctrl and press that macro and instead of doing the ability you have in there just by pressing the button, it use the ability you have set to go off when you hold down shift, alt or ctrl....don't soppose you could tell me what the macro is to do that?

@Zybak if you need something to hold you over until Bad Kitty is updated get Feral by night and disable the rotation assistant it has nice timers for bleeds SR Skull bash Maim and procs from trinkets and rings as well as Defensive CD's.

What it does, is if you press shift, you skull bash your focus target, I'd bind it to a reachable keybind like e, and leave shift e unbound so the modifier in the macro works.
