You can even see the registration plate, a British one, saying "58" meaning it was manufactured in mid 2008. Stop causing a fuss and appreciate that badass sound!
i would rather have a 6lb heavier undertail system without question. these bikes are fast as fuck, 6 lbs is insignificant. plus, every rider weighs different, people weigh different throughout the day. you could save more weight by losing your gut or wearing light weight gear. people can always modify to suite track needs so design it up front to suite what the people want in the street. just my $0.02
@20secondsOFame Wrong. When it comes to TRACK bikes made for racing, aesthetics don't matter. Anyone who has a Blade for everyday driving and says looks don't matter are fooling themselves.
The issue here is that what's considered beautiful is subjective. To me this looks hideous and undertail looks gorgeous. Clearly there are those with the opposite opinion, and that's fine. No need to defend it. You like what you like. I like undertail and I do NOT like side-mount. Case closed.
@2000jago My bad bro.. I knew what you meant from the start. I like the cbr undertail exhaust too. I ride a gsxr with side and always liked the undertail look. I do ride trackdays and sometimes the side mount can feel a little off balanced. I was just in a cocky mood and envy the undertail :) <------ Mature
Its the unused parts of your tire. They are on either side of the tire. New Riders usually have big chicken strips because they are too scared to lean the bike over too far. The bike in this video has a 190 size tire on the back, it's harder to get rid of those chicken strips than a 180.
Actually, If your form is correct, you should be getting yourself far enough off your bike in a turn that the bike doesn't have to lean all the way to the edge of the tire.
The farther off the bike you get, the more upright the bike can be in a turn, resulting in more traction. So "chicken strips" are not a bad thing.
I don't think BLue Flame sounds much different than Jardine, they have the same routing of the mid pipes and basically same size canister, the tip on the Blue Flame is however a bit smaller perhaps quieting it SLIGHTLY compared to jardine
Many weeks have passed, i saw a lot of videos with other exhaust aplication than the uggly original one, and justice be made - THIS IS THE BEST SOUND in every rpm range. The Youshy is near...
