@niceworkmicrosoft school fuck school this what they teach you in school perfect video for you.. A chef hahahaha a fucking chef don't boil all the food together this is garbage.. Maybe he is good in the kitchen doing inventory.
@bunh34d stock is usually made by boiling water with the animals bones and some herbs, whereas broth usually incorporates some meat as well. Usually broth is a little richer, but some people use the words interchangeably.
i cooked this twice before and my only complaint is that the orzo isn't fully cooked. Chef John can you please help me and tell me what I am doing wrong?

that looks easy and good!! Orzo is not one of my favorites but you could probably ajust it to bowtie or any favorite pasta. The asiago was a perfect choice of cheese tho. My whole family would LOVE this.
Oh yeah, that would be great to have dating nights for people who want to meet chefs. However they must include that those chefs who already got a date and met someone then he /she no need to go again. LOL
I want the chef to have blue eyes, almost blonde hair and very tall and huge ^_^
a little like risotto but with all the stock at once and without the aboro rice. Thanks for all your vids I made the clifton springs chicken wings and i now committed that recipe to memory thanks so much

jay13thstep 2 years ago
Sort of, has a much softer texture. Orzo pasta is also referred to as Risoni Pasta. Where I'm from, we call it Risoni.

Can you substitute with any other cheese? Not sure if I can find Asiago at my grocery store.
nine110 2 years ago
If Asiago is somewhere between Parmesan and sharp cheddar you could always use a mix of those two cheeses to get close.
