Make sure tires are inflated evenly because that can cause an uneven cut and is an easy fix. If you got that handled you can adjust the (2) adjustments nuts that are connected to the hanging bracket for the deck.
One other thing to check is condition of the blades make sure they are squared off on the ends. If not they need to be replaced.
i have a 98 powerpro i think and my g father gave it to me they got a jhon deere but hes taken the deck off many times and it cuts uneven. weve already put new blades and all belts on it but i think its the deck because it sags a little to one side what should i do to get it even?

In the 80's/ 90's, most things were FUNCTIONALY ugly. There was purpose behind simple design.
Stuff made these days is just plain ugly.
