Jennifer Batten came to my college to do a performance for us and talk to us about what she does and what it was like playing for Micheal Jackson etc. But in her performance she showed us her 'original' stuff. Which, is pretty terrible. She has so much skill yet she plays this wierd type of music.

Michael Jackson had the best guitarist working for him and i think they'll all done exceptional jobs for the songs they've played in. Compared to Slash and Ori, Jennifer has had such a vast range of professional guitar techniques under her belt and has also extensively stuided fingertapping, that's why she can nail the beat it solo. However Slash and Ori shouldn't be undermined, they can both pretty much shred guitars.

I have to disagree....the EVH solo pretty much made 'beat it' the success it is. This solo is pretty outstanding and is regarded as one of the most complicated solo pieces due to share tapping that's involved. Anyone that can imitate that is pretty amazing to me.
