It takes a lot of talent to be a really good beat boxer. Even with talent it takes more practice and dedication. The key thing to keep in mind when doing cool sounds and effects while producing a beat is the rhythm and the time structure. I see a lot of good beat boxers on youtube, and the best ones will be able to maintain the time and beat spot on while still using cool effect sounds to transition.
