I don't particularly like this Sweeney, as he seems just SO angry, violent, self-righteous, and dangerous from the very start -- kind of like Gaston gone to the dark side, if that makes any sense!
However, I think his big strength is that, yes, he is TERRIFYING. His build alone makes him imposing, and his vocal power, and on top of that, he plays the part so violently and... well... sanely?... that if he were out to get me, I'd be quaking in *my* boots, for sure!
