  • class stuff!!!! freddie at the top of his game (as always!!!)

  • I saw them at the student union at Vanderbilt University in Nashville in 1979. The hall held about 2000 people. It was the best live show I ever saw, and I've seen hundreds.

  • 1:04 - A John Deacon classic move - The Pneumatic Drill

  • I can only listen to this song live. Hammer to Fall on CD just is not the same.

  • Freddiiiiiiie!!! Fantastic............ unbeliveble performance.

  • One of my favourite bands and brilliant power in that song. I can almost feel those guitars playing close by!

  • Really nice version, Brian May is in top form!

  • шикарно))

  • The best performance show by Queen is by my opinion done in Budapest. Not Live Aid or Wembley. This is pureness at his best.

  • @TheDddkkk I think you'd have to go a long way to find a better performance than they put in at Rock in Rio...

  • i only dream of watching them live in concert with me being on 17.i wish i was their for the wembley in 86,the newcastle show after that and Live Aid.

  • Queen Live was an unbelieveable experence! Their Houston show was my birthday present that year and my Uncle even got us backstage passes somehow. Freddy was a sweet and funny person, so warm. The world lost a great talent when we lost him.

  • When will they build time machine? I would like see Queen live.

  • Are you kidding, I would cut off my arm to see them perform live from 1984-1986. Bring that time machine...!

  • Not the biggest queen fan in the world(BUT DO LIKE THEM) but have to say this is brilliant !!!! Pure rock!!! LOVE IT.....

  • The best version of this one on you tube without a doubt!

  • what about live AID?

  • What about Wembley 86:P?

  • yeah)

  • Best LIGHT Show I've seen !!! Best Voice I've Seen ! Best Frontman I've seen ! One Of THE BEST LIVE BANDS !!!

  • why did they speed up the film on the dvd may i ask?

  • Because film cameras run at 24 frames per second and the PAL TV standard in Europe is 25 frames per second. They could have fudged (interpolated) an additional frame every 24 frames, but the result would look choppy or blurry.

Simply speeding up gives smooth motion, the same thing usually happens to PAL DVD releases of cinema movies, they are sped up compared to American NTSC or normal film version - you can see that if you listen to a soundtrack song in a movie and compare it to a CD or MP3.

  • ah right, thanks for the info, keep the videos coming!

  • theres four gutiarists at one point

    1) Brian May - Lead Guitar

    2) John Deacon - Base Guitar

    3)Spike Edney - Backing Guitar

    4) Freddie Mercury - Air/Microphone Guitar

    lol

  • bass guitar, not base

  • 2:08 who is the second guitarist?

  • Spike Edney, he mainly played keyboard but joined in on guitar mid-song to thicken the guitar sound on this track.

  • is that the budapest concert?

  • yes, it is!

  • I love Queen! the best band, freddie is a god

  • Hammer to Fall Fuckin amazin one of ma faves

  • Mine too. I love the heavier guitar sound on this track.

  • yes quite indeed good choice.....

  • sad they didnt show the explosions on the sides of the stage while freddie looked like he was launching em at the begining...

  • YEAH...!!!

  • Queen rocks

  • Yeah, definitely slower and lower than the sped up version. But! It's still incredible!

  • Great performance. Love Brian at 3:19-3:23

  • Hadn't seen this one, thanks for posting.

  • Love this, official DVD/CD need's to be released

  • Totally agree! lets start the campaign here and now :-)

  • I agree strongly. A little birdie called Brian May said they are working on a dvd and cd release
