Your talking about Chris"Marx"Matthews. The man who ignorantly condemned another man for walking around with the constitutional right to keep and bear arms. For Chris' next trick he will condemn you for breathing free air, and having a right to life. Matthews is just another candidate for "lead poison" when the revolution steps into high gear.
I just had an epiphany, and your the lucky victim. People in this especially the wing nuts are spoiled little brats who don't understand politics. They want everything and they want it now. Ron Paul knows that his audit bill he is proposing will not change anything but it will announce exactly what the bank of all banks "the federal reserve bank" to the u.s. citizens of the united states in hopes that it will bring more attention to who is really responsible for our aggression to our fortunes...
and the dems hated black people back then--- like there grandfathers dems--i just found out that those dems were the ones lynching black people and refusing to allow blacks to vote--it was the dems who wanted slavery...
It should be noted that ALL Southern Republicans (10 House and 1 Senate), like most but NOT ALL of the "Dixiecrats", voted AGAINST the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Yes, Democrat LBJ needed Republican votes to pass, but more Democrats than Republicans voted for the Civil Rights Act (in BOTH the House AND the Senate).
Democrats - More FOR "votes" (as they had greater numbers)
Republicans - Higher "%" voting FOR
It was about REGION (North/South) more than party.
are you kidding me? First off, there is no proof that "Obama hates the military" I am at a lost to even come up with a possible explanation. Why? Cause he only gave McChristal 75% of the troops he asked for? Or because he's black? I really really hate to go Chris Mathews on you but Obama's ethic background is as feasible as explanation as to why he "hates" the troops.
and you want to talk about "never serving" at least he never avoided Vietnam while sending soldiers to die in IRAQ!
I am confident a full and real audit, even if law, will not take place. The Fed creates money, and is paid back in real money? What a fraud! They are allowed to delay troubled banks from going under and not tell consumers? Who cares if there is a market shock! We need to face this problem! The sooner our phony economy collapses, the better.
I agree. Then 5tall, maxine, metalgear, and the other blabbering idiots can stand around with their "junk" in their hands and a dumb look on their face wondering where their pants went, while listening to their stomach rumble because inflation and price controls wiped out the food supply. I guess I shouldn't complain, because of their ignorance they will probably get shot for stealing.
The problem with a new world currency is that they're creating a new self-appointed world government to regulate it. World communism. There is already a world currency called gold and silver. Don't buy into that paper money bullshit. The government can print new paper money so they easily rob you, especially if its really just a number in an account. The government cannot print gold and silver so the value will never go down.
The "Federal Reserve" isn't federal, it's privately owned, and it's not a reserve, as it doesn't house ANY money; it issues "certificates" - backed by nothing - to the treasury department at interest...Then the treasury department prints money, inflating the dollar rendering it less valuable.

The dollar is going to go bankrupt, deal with it. We cannot tax ourselves to get out of this huge deficit. I think we will have to embrace a one-world currency, and I don't see anything wrong with that.
#1. It's impossible for a currency (dollar) to go "bankrupt." - Unless this 'Mr. Dollar' has a social security number and a credit score.
#2. "Deal with it" - No, i don't have to, and i wont.
#3. I never made ANY implication that we should "tax ourselves out of debt."
#4. As repugnant as it is, publicly debasing, and embarrassing yourself on youtube doesn't render the depraved notion of a "one-world currency" any less of a nefarious idiocy.
Exactly. And when have you EVER heard Sarah Palin drop the kind of pearls that Ron Paul does? Never. Anytime she makes a one-liner remark to something ALLLL the Conservative talk radio heads fawn over her. Ron Paul predicted SO many things, they are parroting his ideas yet they hardly EVER mention him.....hmmmm
Ron Paul is the only politician I can trust in D.C. 90% of the rest of them, elected so called representative, are deceitful, say one thing and do another, etc. It's disgusting.

URGE your senators to REJECT H.R. 4173, push for a standalone vote on H.R. 1207, and REJECT the Globama carbon tax for global enslavement, erhm, I mean government.
Even then the responsibilities of these federal agencies would then be picked up by state governments. Meaning that those state governments would grow larger. Exactly how is this liberty? Isn't the idea of liberty to have less government all together, not just a decline in the federal government and growing state governments?
Isn't Congress already bogged down with legislation for different issues already? It seems to me that Congress doesn't have the resources to deal with all of the decisions that various decisions that all these agencies make. One example of Congress delegating responsibility for some of its actions is the Post Office. While the Constitution does give Congress the ultimate responsibility for the Post Office, does Congress make the final decision on who the runs the local postal routes?
the U.S. Postal Service just posted a $3.8 billion loss fiscal year 2009. Perhaps Congress needs to take a closer look at that. Also, a subcommittee apparently has time to regulate the BCS in college football so it appears some of our Congressmen do have time. The Federal Reserve is a separate entity from the government which is very dangerous for this country. It is run by a few people who hold no allegiance to this country. It should be disbanded entirely not just audited.
well since the U.S. Postal Service is not privatized and is backed by the government it can operate at a loss. The tab on the money they lose is picked up by the America taxpayer. I heave heard they are considering stopping Saturday mail to decrease costs. Also, they did just increase stamp costs, but it won't be enough
Assuming that all of these agencies are done away with what is there to prevent future Congress men and Presidents from reinstating certain agencies or usage of executive orders?
The only way would be to amend the Constitution itself, but is there really going to be support from states and or the general population do do so? Even if all these agencies were gotten rid of , all of the information those agencies take care of would have to be dealt with in Congress.
If I remember correctly, Ron Paul said that if elected as president then he would get rid of all these government bureaucracies. I would assume that there would be many in Congress who would be unwilling to do this. So it seems the only way that Paul would be able to get rid of these agencies is through the usage of executive orders. It seems contradictory to me that here Paul says things like executive orders are unconstitutional, but then use them to get rid of government agencies.
Ah, but the agencies themselves are unconstitutional to begin with. The Federal Government has no authority to create many of the agencies around today like the EPA. There is nothing in the Constitution that allows it and therefore they should not exist to begin with.
Regardless of what one may think of Glenn Beck's sincerity, I am thrilled to see him hosting Dr. Paul on his show. This segment is excellent. We need to keep spreading the word and educating the public on the corruption going on with these bailouts, the TARP political slush fund, and the monetization of debt going on at our "treasury" and the Fed.
Ron Paul passionately excoriates preemptive war doctrine - wants the US out of the UN - wants the elimination of the Federal Reserve - resists the globalist agenda - Objects to US forces occupying over 100 countries - calls for an end to unnecessary foreign aid - Supports the right to keep and bear arms, homeschooling, and the Sanctity of Life Act. He's the CHAMPION of the CONSTITUTION who has my vote! I sent MONEY!
Is there anyone yet wondering what life would be like with Ron Paul as president? America had a chance and may have another chance shortly again with the senate races...but they'll yet again waste time and further destroy the constitution.
I don't think there's really any reason to "hate" Glenn Beck. I agree that some of his comments during the '08 campaign against Ron Paul were very much over the top, but is that really worth hating someone over? In politics you have to avoid personality clashes, and instead stay focused on the issues at hand. You need to be willing to work with people that you may have differences with, in order to achieve your goals and objectives. End the Fed.
Phony? Or waking up? I think Glenn Beck has been becoming more libertarian as this year has progressed - no doubt due to all the revelations of what is going on in America behind the scenes.
I give him credit for doing what he does considering how he is constantly attacked by the far-left and also by some on the right.
No, he is a political operative. He is a neo-con, and not a real libertarian. Everything he does is to attack Obama, liberals and democrats. That is his sole reason for existence, everything else is a shitty excuse.
I feel sorry for anyone that takes things he says seriously.
Staticnz, can you support this. What policies has he supported to call him a neo-con. He has been so anti-war through out his time in Congress, he could never be considered a neo-con. He has gone after Republicans more then the Dems, in fact his popularity was from him going after GW. He has always made decisions based on the Constitution and held true to libertarian beliefs. I think you'd be hard pressed to find something that contradicted him not being a libertarian.
Ugh ... I hate these comment boards now, they're so hard to read. I apologize then... we are on the exact same page. Glenn Beck is exactly as you described. :)
Really, why is everybody thumbs downing this comment? It's not spam, it's not inflammatory. It may be untrue (he doesn't sound any different from usual, to my ears at least), but it's not an inappropriate comment.

Just some thoughts to consider:
Proverbs 29:1,4,7,12
1 A man repeatedly reproved but making his neck hard will suddenly be broken, and that without healing.
4 By justice a king makes a land keep standing, but a man out for bribes tears it down.
7 The righteous one is knowing the legal claim of the lowly ones. He that is wicked does not consider such knowledge.
12 Where a ruler is paying attention to false speech, all those waiting on him will be wicked.
Uenbg 2 years ago
some more?
Proverbs 28
8 He that is multiplying his valuables by interest and usury collects them merely for the one showing favor to the lowly ones.
11 A rich man is wise in his own eyes, but the lowly one who is discerning searches him through.
20 A man of faithful acts will get many blessings, but he that is hastening to gain riches will not remain innocent.
22 A man of envious eye is bestirring himself after valuable things, but he does not know that want itself will come upon him.

Audit the Fed!! Go Ron Paul!!

Do it, Dr. Paul. Push.

Is there anyone yet wondering what life would be like with Ron Paul as president? America had a chance and may have another chance shortly again with the senate races...but they'll yet again waste time and further destroy the constitution.
a sad stte of affairs...

I hate Glenn Beck, but I like Ron Paul, and they should audit the fed.

Phony? Or waking up? I think Glenn Beck has been becoming more libertarian as this year has progressed - no doubt due to all the revelations of what is going on in America behind the scenes.
I give him credit for doing what he does considering how he is constantly attacked by the far-left and also by some on the right.
perezDeSanFernando 2 years ago
No, he is a political operative. He is a neo-con, and not a real libertarian. Everything he does is to attack Obama, liberals and democrats. That is his sole reason for existence, everything else is a shitty excuse.
I feel sorry for anyone that takes things he says seriously.
Staticnz 2 years ago
Staticnz, can you support this. What policies has he supported to call him a neo-con. He has been so anti-war through out his time in Congress, he could never be considered a neo-con. He has gone after Republicans more then the Dems, in fact his popularity was from him going after GW. He has always made decisions based on the Constitution and held true to libertarian beliefs. I think you'd be hard pressed to find something that contradicted him not being a libertarian.

Are we talking about Glenn Beck or Ron Paul!?
I'm talking about Glenn Beck. I do think Ron Paul is very true to his ideals and I have a lot of respect for the man.

Ugh ... I hate these comment boards now, they're so hard to read. I apologize then... we are on the exact same page. Glenn Beck is exactly as you described. :)

Fuck Him

As for Glenn Beck...
He was for the bailout...then he was against it.
He bemoaned the state of healthcare...then he wrongly stated America had the best healthcare system in the world.
He was for the Iraq war and war in general, now he's arbitrarily against it, with a cover by saying we need to 'win' it - IF we fight it.
He is against legalization of marijuana.
He's against gay marriage.
Need I go on? He isn't a libertarian, he's a political opportunist, a charlatan.
Staticnz 2 years ago
I have never heard Glenn Beck say he is libertarian, I have heard him say he is becoming more libertarian everyday, but that is much different.
Celticsbball15 2 years ago 2
He has said more than once that he is libertarian. I have heard him say what you heard too. He has claimed to be libertarian though.

Ron Paul sounds unwell
dino01 2 years ago
He is 72...I'd say he looks very healthy for that age. Maybe a bit tired but it was probably near the end of a long day.

he sounds normal to me

Really, why is everybody thumbs downing this comment? It's not spam, it's not inflammatory. It may be untrue (he doesn't sound any different from usual, to my ears at least), but it's not an inappropriate comment.
