  • my 2003 ram cummins has 560 thousand miles on it with ORIGINAL tranny and engine. ford cant even compare. all these people say ram sucks thats because there to stupid to know how to take care of their truck.

  • How about this, just for shits and giggles, Ford has a medium duty truck line, International does too, International sells Ford engines (prior 6.7 PSD) but not for med. duty, cause in that line, that is competition to IH, so of course Ford uses Cummins, Cat, and their 7.8L they always have, L9000 N14 Cummins? A truck line and pickups are completely different, the only resemblance is the logo, beyond that its all just straight frame chassis, powertrain shit and sheetmetal

  • too bad people who drive them are tool bags, dicks, and assholes.

  • 1.7million proven tough... wat bout the other 5.5million

  • The best thing Dodge makes in a vehicle is the Ram but the best Ram you can buy is a Cummins Diesel best truck out there.

  • The weight of the truck with body is around 9k the loader is 14 to 18k so say 16 since it looks like a 4x4 and has a cab, the trailer is around 6k, looks like singles on it, doubt the trailer is rated for 22k gross with singles, thats a total of 31k, the max towing gcwr is 30k, oops, pushing the limits for this add Dodge.

  • Ford Motor & Navistar Class Action Lawsuit Complaint Filed Over Power Stroke Diesel Engines. Google this and read about all the happy Ford owners with there not running power strokes, and the cost of re-pairs!!

  • How come Ford has a huge law suit against its line of defective diesel engines?

  • @jeremyvffv83 Thats common knowledge to the truck community. Nothing that is Fords fault so why should they pay to repair an engine they didn't make and were told it was engineered to last? Ford got screwed over so they now make their own diesel. It could have happened to any of the big 3 and still might happen to others. The 6.0 is a great engine once a couple issues are worked out. There are still thousands on the road with high, reliably driven miles.

  • yeah that billions of customer miles WITH A B!!!!!!!!

  • To bad the EPA prevents it from reaching its full potential and staying street legal... I wish they would get rid of the DPF and EGR systems from new trucks. Sure it prevents soot dumping out of the tail pipe, but it reduces the life of the engine and destroys the fuel mileage. Besides, Water/methanol injection has been proven to increase power and mileage, while still reducing carbon emissions better than EGR and DPF.

  • So, what's a chassic cab?

  • @1waffleiron Doesn't have a bed. Just the cab on the frame.

  • @Akathepriest Lol I was making fun of the spelling of the video title. It says "chassic" instead of "chassis".

  • just sayin to you ford boys if ford is so great how come the f650/750 has a cummins engine and chevy trany?and how come ford dont cover there engines with a warrenty like dodge and chevy does?how come ford has had the worst diesel engines?how come ford has massive truck recalls every 4 mounths?how come ford lies about there towing?just saying ford sucks dodge is amazing would be better if they had beter trany but there gettin new ones next year, still love dodge doe then chevy last ford

  • @dodgediesel441 Yeah and a couple months ago 1.1 million of them had a recall because of their gastanks falling off. :P

  • @dodgediesel441 how come dodge bought fords diesel block, oh shit cause dodge is worthless and go's into debt so ford comes out to give them a deal .why do you and think the F650 and 750 have the cummins block is because ford still owns atleast 10 percent of it Dodge Cant Get out of its Debts and neither can chevy. AMIRIGHT..

  • @darkshadow1warlock actually your wrong....

  • @dodgediesel441 they dont, ford 6.7 powerstroke, 6-speed auto tranny. was just looking at them. so really just stop making shit up

  • @dodgediesel441 Dude, you are so fucking ignorant it's funny. The f-650 and f-750 do come with cummins engines because DODGE DOESN'T OWN CUMMINS!!! Cummins makes engines for all forms of trucks and farm equipment. Allison also makes good transmissions. CHEVY DOESN'T OWN ALLISON!!! Just because Ford doesn't need to pay another company to do their work for them doesn't make them worse. Ford has a 60,000 mile warranty because they know that if it lasts 60k, there are no flukes and..

  • @jamuz355 they know it'll last another million. Saying that Ford has the worst diesel engines is literally not an argument, just some ignorant fanboy embarrassing himself. The Ford 6.7 L Turbo Diesel has more HP than the 6.7 Cummins (400). The Powerstroke has the same amount of torque as the Cummins (800 ft. lbs.). And the Powerstroke has more towing than the Cummins (PS 24,400; Ram 22,750) So saying that it is a terrible engine is really just being an ignorant moron who has no idea...

  • @jamuz355 what he's talking about. Ford hasn't had a truck recall that I remember (plus I can spell the word "month" so...) In fact, if there was a recall every 4 "mounths" then how has Ford has the best selling trucks for the past 34 years and counting? Therefore, answering all of your ignorance with intelligent responses, I would have to say that Ford is better than Dodge, and Chevy can't even stack up. 765 ft. lbs. of torque? Really? Once Chevy gets a real engine, let me know.

  • @dodgediesel441 Spelling.. that is all

  • @dodgediesel441 Hahaha, Shit, Dodge can't make a transmission to save their lives, and Chevy had there dis pare when their injectors were shit. Chevy accomplished one thing "Going Fast". But it won't last for more than 200,000 miles. Dodge, or should I say, "Ram" has nothing behind it other than lasting long. Reply once "Dodge" makes their own pickup without sucking Cummins dick.

  • @greendayrules11 My uncle's 1999 Silverado 1500 has over 200000 miles on it and runs like it's new

  • @Trek2539 Yes, thats a gas. I'm talking a 6.6 Duramax. The injectors on the 06' were shit.

  • the cummins will last longer way way way way way way longer we rebuild ford engines all the time only time dodge comes to the shop needs oil change and i would trust the new 6.7 cuz ford cant make two things drive shafts and diesel engines we rebuilt there diesels all the time and there drive shafts suck to same thing with chevy, chevy has ok engine great trany bad drive shafts

  • I'm a Ford guy but there's two things that are making me think about switching, 1. CUMMINS, and 2. Manual Transmission. But the only thing I don't like about Dodge is their trucks are made in Mexico, and not the USA (AKA King of Pickups)

  • @VFA103JollyRogers all thing being equal...lol the 6.7 Powerstroke is assembled in Mexico too :P I am a Ford guy who owns a 6.7L '10 Mega Cab, and let me say, it is worth it over the Ford....

  • That 6 speed looks fun

  • the 6.7L IL-6 Cummins Turbo Diesel has 350-385hp and 650-935lbs-ft of torque best low-end torque, which is better for towing if you know anything about diesel engines, and best high-end torque,350hp 650 torque manaul trany,385hp 935lbs-ft of torque automatic trany and P.T.O(Power Take Off)

  • Markab the cummins has 800 ft lbs of torque.. Which is way ahead of strokers or girlymaxes.. Ohhh

  • @bmxbikerhodges25 hey bud.. go check ur facts... the new PS makes 800 ft-lbs and the new 6.7 cummins is rated at 754 ft-lbs

  • @xmodrock tell me where you see the new ''shitty'' powerstroke ratted at 800ftt-lbs... it is rated at 400 hp and 725 lbs of torque everywhere... and dude, the new 6.7 is rated at 800, wtf are you dumb?? idk, but i am sure that u are an idiot.

  • @sledforpeace dude.... go on fords website... lol.. and google the cummins 6.7L im pretty sure your wrong

  • @xmodrock I searched and someone told me that after a couple of weeks, using ur powerstroke, you can go to ur dealer and they will chip it or something like that and it'll produce the 400hp and 800 ft-lbs of torque...

But, if you chip the Dmax, it will explode the powerstroke, anyway... you like ford, me chevy.... end

  • @sledforpeace they come with that now.. but if you chip a ford they will do just as well.... they aren't fast like a Dmax or cummins.. but they'll tow

  • This is really the only truck which is available with a manual gearbox. I asked at the other companies, they build this trucks only with automatic. I am a european, and in europe the automaticdrive is called handicapped package. There only the people which are physicly or mentaly handicapped buys a car with a handicapped package

  • I want that truck!!!!

  • I never expected a company to advertise manual transmission, but that's the reason I love Dodge.

  • notice they didn't say class leading power or torque!

  • @markab71 Because it doesn't matter, Ford's whole campaign is based on "Class leading... " insert class here. But they only beat the competition by a tiny bit so they can claim their the best. Dodge doesnt' have to do that because you dont' have to lead the class in something to get the job done. I've got a 2000 3500 drw with a 24v cummins in it that has 480,000 miles on it with it 's 2nd tranny and original engine. It's pulled a trailer it's whole life, it still runs better than a new PS.

  • hell yeah
