Well, i'm NOT that resident evil pro, but i can tell you a few things about her:

- She is/was a test subject of Umbrella and - as you can see - she was used for some horrible experiments.

- It says she is immortal (how Wesker says in the Video)

- You can't really see her face, because she ripped off the faces of the "nurses" from Umbrella and putted it on her own face. (but don't ask me how)

Well, so far, thats the only stuff i can tell you about her.

zombie is the forehead basically every monsters weak spot is the head except tyrant as far as i know just customize guns to max so repeat ure missions and try get high rank for more stars

Every enemy in the game has a weak spot, except the first form of Talos.

Normal enemies can be taken down with one well aimed shot at that weak spot, thus making a critical hit.

Bosses just take a lot more damage when you shoot the weak spot.

The tyrant does have an obvious weak spot though... his heart.

I am a big RE fan... But I never managed playing the remake (Finished 0 with both hands tied tho) and I will most certainly never be able to play that one either. NEVER USE THE STRONG WEAPONS ON LISA UNLESS YOU CAN SEE HER HEALTH BAR. Only use the shotgun to stun her for a couple of seconds and to knock her unconcious.
