Ask any indoor farmer whats best...flat white paint, poly, or mylar. mylar being the hardest t put up and keep clean.

i feel sry for ur pain :( well what you want to look for is probally an indica strain (ease off pain, stress and helps you sleep) well for a strain with high CBD and/or CBG which is what effect on pain... ofc theres the THC but dats more if you want to get high...
