LOL. It's easier with 5 buttons because the notes are more spread out, meaning you can use less fingers per note. If you observe the hardest songs on Guitar Freaks, there are A LOT more complicated note combinations that will baffle you. At least Guitar Hero has hammer ons, and there's even a TTFAF in GF for you to try if you'd like to compare.
This is one of those songs you see the chart for and think "well, this is kinda ok" and then you play it and you want to chop your hands off afterward.

Hold the green button (Middle one) then strum twice and it will change, repeat the same to swap from difficulty to another.

My ring finger has a weaker grip when playing GF so I tried playing backhand (a la Van Halen or Herman Li) and it really worked.
And come to think that Pico's already good at DM, WOW!!!
