I absolutely LOVE Anastasia! Best 20th century fox movie ever!! Once upon a December is one of the most beautiful songs ever made. And Honor to Us all is just amazing with what they did with the rounds and overlapping voices. So gorgeous.

@katiebug31426 Kiddo, I'm in my mid twenties and still watch cartoons, specially these type of movies. My older brother watches cartoons, most of my friends still do, and we laugh about the absurdity of feeling so right about such a thing. My PARENTS watch cartoons and more than once i've walked in them singing the song of their favorite ones. My grandmother, who is almost 90, loves cartoons. You should never let your inner child die. EVER!

What I've read on Rasputin, is actually that he wasn't as bad as the movie made him out to be. Anastasia's mother had called on him to help them heal Anastasia's little brother, who suffered from internal bleeding. He was a holy man so they trusted him or something. But then Anastasia's mom sent him away, around the time of the revolution, so he joined the revolution that killed the czars. Now the details of what happened during the revolution, I'm not sure of.

Well, remember that they're very loosely based on the two plays. The endings are obviously very different. Similarities are that Kiara and Kovu are interested in each other but both they're clans don't approve. The two sides hate each other. I haven't seen it in a while either and I'm sure there are more similarties but I honestly can't remember any more now. But yeah i should really watch those again too =)

Ah yes. I was asking more about the ending part. It was so early in the morning when I asked that, I didn't even think of the story itself.

I'm not a fan of Lion King 2 (or any other sequels for that matter), which is why I haven't watched it in so long
