Unless you've got a multi region player so that you can play an Australian release I just heard of, there's no other way to see this film in English. I've only just learnt on this release myself. But no it's not avaliable in Region 2 in English just yet!

I have just a regular dell computer and it plays on it just fine- didn't have to do anything special. But it won't work on my tv dvd player.

Perhaps your drive is allready compatible. or you got a messege saying hat the region could be changed. f so beware there's a limit to how many times you cn do that, if that's the case.

Nope no message, it just played as a normal dvd, 2003 dell comp regular specs as far as I know.

It was probably made to play foreign disks. I know that you can play foreign disks with some drives, modified or otherwise.

I don't know, maybe I just got lucky. I almost didn't buy cause I thought I wouldn't be able to play it. I just typed in "care bears wonderland" on ebay and there's quite a few copies on there still. I hope if you get it yours works fine like mine.

We'll see. I can also use Yahoo to search for Aussie online DVD stores. I'm not sure if it will work on my computers, but it would on my DVD player as I made it multi-regional years ago.

No. the Wonderland Care Bears movie has not been released on DVD as of yet! Only the first two films have. By MGM and Sony respectevily.

Nope. It is actually still being made in Australia still. Mine was brand new and I got it a couple years ago. CB was re-released in 2003 and most of the old vids put on dvd. CB in wonderland was put on dvd at that time but only in Australia- but the 1st 2 moviesv are widely available in the US on dvd.

Sounds like an independent distributor to me, who aquired the rights officially by Nelvana. At least it's in English somewhere. I had to import a Region 2 French DVD so I take take pictures from the film for a project I'm doing. I don't think a Region 4 disk would have worked on my PC as it only plays Region 2, :D

I have this movie up. You'll have to click my username and look through my vids. This movie was in the theaters in 1987 and was unfortunately a bomb so it is very rare. In the US it is available on used vhs. I got it on dvd though because I bought it online from Australia.
