How is that possible to charge Housenka in such a short time?

if you notice, right before the ultra, chun releases a kikoken(kikoken is a charge move)so the ultra's been cooking for a bit

I noticed that too, but after the Kikouken, Housenka wasn`t executed right away, it was more like "saved super".
I guess the player charged right after executing Kikouken, but I am not sure it is.
It`s really cool how the player made it look like an "input move".
Amazing fight. Tian is a wicked Chun player. Interesting showdown in the third round where they're both trying to range Chun's Ultra. Sagat's such a strong character.
