I Loved Metro 2033, and i loved the game that very heavily influenced it, STALKER, sadly the Ukrainian studio closed recently leaving STALKER 2 now cancelled, i really hope that 4A Games, also Ukrainian, pick up the talent and the rights to STALKER 2, and make it as polished as metro 2033 was

The first metro game had such an awesome concept and most of the game was awesome, but there were points where I'd get stuck trying to figure out what to do, and some of those giant mutants were impossible to kill. Lets hope the sequel will be better, because the first one just pissed me off.

Hopefully this lives up to Dimitri Glukhovsky's vision. I Loved Metro 2033, but i hope they dont turn this into an action thriller like every other FPS. Metro 2033 was a Phsycologial shooter, based on story, and thats what made it meaningful. Please stay true 4A Games.

Metro 2033, while a bit buggy at times with a few minor gameplay flaws was an excellent game that I definitely want more of. I am a huge STALKER fan so this style of game was right up my alley. Different games past some of the themes so I wont compare. I have recently picked up the Metro 2033 NOVEL and suggest that everyone does the same. I havent been so into a book that manages to scare the crap out of me while being awesome. Russian literature needs to be translated more, it is awesome.

@cuzzar75 Actually, most FPS games are like 2033. I think it needs the lack of freedom in order boost the claustrophobia and fear of the dark. That's why I love Metro 2033, plus the game play is absolutely amazing. If they keep that formula for Metro Last Light (which it looks like they did just that), it'll be one of the best games of the year easily.

Besides there are so many sequels of franchises I love that are almost guaranteed to be good (Arkham City, Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3, Skyrim, Assassins Creed Revelations, Mass Effect 3, Ghost Recon Future Soldier, Hitman Absolution) plus 2 reboots of classics (Halo and Tomb Raider). Facebook and Twitter SUCK on the 360 and Netflix should be without membership. Ontop of which, Euro customers also have to pay the price increase even though they get none of the features.

PC > 360 > PS3 (I has one, never use it because of limited PSN integration 'overall' but for exclusives, PS3 def has the better ones)

And

Steam > Live > PSN

Well, I don't think it's logical saying that 360 is a better CONSOLE (as in "360 has better hardware") than PS3. It isn't true.

PS3 is a better console than 360.

Xbox Live is a better online service than PSN.

PS3's Operating System is better than 360's Operating System (OS).

Xbox 360's User Interface is better than PS3's User Interface (UI).

PS3's exclusive games are more varied and better than 360's exclusives (shooters, they are both good, but some 360 shooters are on PC)

@bcta302 Hardware is on equal par with both consoles. Just the CPU of PS3 is very good at calculations. And I'd beg to differ on the Operation System since Xbox's OS has better integration with LIVE's service. But yea, PS3 has a variety of exclusive besides shooters that are actually fun. All xbox got it shooters -.- Halo/Gears/randomshooter

* consider the BR-player, built-in batteries in the controllers, Bluetooth, which are all hardware.

• PS3's has better OS since it can read more different documents codecs/formats than 360(more formats of videos, pictures, and music) (yet, its UI sucks, which is what 360 is good at, don't confuse the UI with the OS)

BRd are hardly used for their full potential expect on movies. I can also get a recharge pack for my xbox and bluetooth is hardly worth talking about. PS3 does not have a better OS. When's the last time you could play your own Music while playing a game (Not sure if it's been updated or not yet)?

@bcta302 The OS can play any file it want (on both systems) but contracts and licenses decress the amount playback support, which also isn't what I would judge an OS on. Xbox's if more responsive and like I stated, better intergrated with Live features, which currently, the PS3's OS lack.

And if you consider that PS3 has a disc SLOT instead of disc TRAY... that also makes the PS3 a better hardware and a console with better feature.

The advantage oa disc rom with a slot and not tray is that in if you move the console, the disc won't scratch like on 360.

When I say "hardware" I'm not only talking about the specs (RAM, CPU, etc)... I'm talking about that and the machines' physical features (disc slot, rechargeable batteries, bluetooth, supports any sata hard drive)
