I'm pretty sure if she practiced her voice with a vocal coach (and quit smoking) she could get this voice back. Not complaining though, I love her voice the way it is rn. I wish she had confidence in her talent and Jive gave more creative control (she does have cause she's always involved in the creation of her songs as all of her producers and writers have confirmed) but she could have more and she could show off more her true talent.

I always imagine up music videos for songs I listen to, in this song I can see Brit (Teenage age now) in a theatre on her own up on stage sitting by the edge singing and then when Full Force comes into the songs it's like the opening day of the play they're doing and Brit's sitting up on like a false moon and FF is sort of like a stage hand and at the end of the show he runs up on stage to Brit. i wish all of her unreleased songs would leak...she only has a few unreleased songs from baby one more time and oops but she recorded like 50 songs each for britney, in the zone, and blackout. plus 30 for circus and in between 35 and 45 for femme fatale...plus the extra my prerogative and singles collection songs...she has like over 100 unreleased!

I always imagine up music videos for songs I listen to, in this song I can see Brit (Teenage age now) in a theatre on her own up on stage sitting by the edge singing and then when Full Force comes into the songs it's like the opening day of the play they're doing and Brit's sitting up on like a false moon and FF is sort of like a stage hand and at the end of the show he runs up on stage to Brit. Cheesy yes but still :L

Anyway she made a decent movie with these other people..I just loved that movie ^ ^. When she was little she had singing lessons and she was best friends with Justin.T and Christinia.A =)

@MrRafaelbritney Honey, Britney is so far below Mariah, to even put her name in the same sentence as Mariah is an insult to both. I love Britney, but her voice has never been 1/10000th of what Mariah's was and is. She (Britney) certainly sounds great here and dare I say, soulful, but listen to Mariah in her prime and you'll see that she is in a class that Britney could never reach vocally.

@MrRafaelbritney You apparently haven't seen her performances in Christmas in Washington. She still has it. And she's not fat, she's pregnant. Also, Mariah has always been beautiful so you can do away with that notion. Whitney's voice is still in worse condition than Mariah's as well, though she's vastly improved compared to 2009.

This song almost sounds like a Soul/R&B ballad. I wish Britney's record company would've allowed songs like this on her albums. Then maybe people would actually respect Britney as a vocalist instead of just a pretty dancer.

She has two different tones: this, and the "lolita" tone the industry wanted her to sing. She sounds amazing in both of them. It would be good that she release some like this :)

I think the record companys try to have the artist use certain tones in their voice so they are unique and not sound like other artists. Like right now she sounds like Christina. But I have alweays known the woman could sing funny how some don't think she can.

i think her voice changed bebause they made her to do that, jive gives her only soft souding and sweet songs so she doesnt use her strong and powerful voice anymore, just listen to "baby boy" or :let go" totally different voice, definitely stronger, so i think thats all jive's fault, plus when she sings live u can hear that her voice is stronger than on record.
