hes basically saying move one joint at a time, shoulder, elbow, wrist, etc. move at a constant speed...keep face blank...pause after each movement...have "posture like a robot's" (don't slouch)...mix 4 counts, 2 counts, one counts...when u pop at the end of the movement, stay clenched and vibrate a little, don't overdo the popping

thats pretty much it, glad understanding chinese is finally useful outside of class
