  • @Cavin21 Thanks for the kind word and interesting question. Logic goes a long way especially when youve combined it with experiance. Being preceptive and actually remembering what happened the last time you tryed say something that didnt work for you helps you tweek your approach for an optimized result. You have to be driven and positive...logic on its own might just not work in some situations as one persons right could be someone elses wrong ..YOU ROCK See ya Momo

  • @devakmaster Its all about muscle isolation combined with some cardio in your every day life. If your walking some where say at work hold in your abs and at the same time flex and hold on you arms, The whole point is to wake up your body and use time that doesn't involve going to the gym to mold your results, every little bit helps.

  • One thing to keep in mind, is that spot training like sit-ups (or better yet crunches) are good for building muscle, but not as good for losing overall fat. CARDIO! Even walking everyday is great.

Does the yeast really grow your stomach out like crazy? i mean a little pita bread or brown bread that still has yeast in it won't hurt? unless the breads not baked and its dough then the yeast will grow right? And does the squeezing in your belly work? Im trying it out and Im drinking just Water/Juice/vitamin water. no soda. and watching what Im eating. and doing situps.

  • just eat healthy cut out the fats, sugars, and artificial stuff, eat all the food groups in good portions, you still need bread, dont eat white bread it doesnt have all the good stuff you need, eat whole wheat, so you get fibre, which helps digestion obviously, so really just eat healthy, if you want to eat like pizza or burgers hot dogs and stuff, think before, and choose something else. im slowly cuttin them out of my diet, dont cut out grains completely, you need carbohydrates(the good kind)

  • Great advice momo, just wish you posted it a few weeks ago ha-ha. I've been hitting the gym like crazy. I've been going about 3 hours a day after school. Starting this summer I plan on starting to run a mile every morning.. Know how ya feel about going overboard with your psycal workout. I've lost 8lbs in the past 3 weeks, I've gained atleast 5lbs back in muscle..

  • Thanks for the tips! I'm also trying to lose weight but I probably need to have more consistent meal times. I'm bad about that. I'm staying away from bread though and eating rice and potatoes in smaller portions instead.

  • this actually works, i remember around 8 month ago i would always flex my stomach, alll day long

    it became such a habit that i even did it at night

    i stayed slim

    then one day i decided to let it all hang loose, i got used to not doing it and now i got some belly fat

    i havent changed my diet or anything, still eat the same,

    gonna have to go back to doing this

  • also get like at least 64oz -100oz of water daily, that helps so much because everything momo is saying is detoxifying your body so the water flushes everything and helps flush fat especially. LOL and yes I'm fat lol but I've got a lot of experience losing large amounts of weight.

I'm pretty petite but I've been wanting to do a little to start exercising and toning my stomach, as every little bit of weight seems painfully obvious on a short person like myself. The timing of this video is perfect though because I have been putting off starting to exercise, and now it's got me pumped to start doing something!

  • Your 100% right about cutting out the bread. Cutting out Diet Coke and drinking water or orange juice helps too.

    Mind you momo, if i tried that amount of stomach crunches id probably end up with a hernia! LOL

  • I found an awesome rail-to-trail path through some wilderness and I ride a bike on that every chance I get, just for pure joy. I also went vegan at about the same time (I was vegetarian before, but I used to eat a lot of dairy). It's actually a little frightening how fast pounds are disappearing just from that. All my pants are too loose now. Looking forward to your sit-up routine!
