  • @julapinyet That two things are called opposites when they're just as different as they can be.

  • @evilhistoryteacher Thanks mate.

  • @julapinyet That two things are called opposites

When they're just as different as they can be

  • He scared the crap out of me when I was a kid.

  • lol Scenes from Rob Zombie's early career.

  • i love this so much, my big brother used to go around sining this when we were little

  • @redhedbedhed My dad loves this song. When we were watching the video with Grover doing near and far, right after the video was finished, he clicked on it. Some days, I can hear him singing part of this song.

  • @spiritgirl41192 it's so classic =) i walk through the hallways of my school singing this. people stare. it's okay.

  • this is the Mehna Mehna guy from the muppets!

  • @bigbadbeaudoin Haha. Its actually Bip Bipadotta from Sesame Street! He and Mahna Mahna just look a lot a like :)

  • Di Ba Di Pam Pam

  • i know he got some weed on him

  • ...loI I thought the opposite of soft was hard..and loud was quiet. .HHAHAHA still great though. brings back good childhood memories.. ;D I wish they would play these ones now.

  • i've never seen this one - it's brilliant :o)

  • This is the best music and video on youtube!

    Black... WHITE 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 OOOOOPOSITEEEE dadada dee dede woop

  • Awesome ride cymbal!

  • This particular sketch is one of my earliest TV memories!

  • If you look really closely, you can almost see the puppeteer preforming Bip Bipadotta.

  • So funny how we did really learn a lot...no one realized they were actually learning anything...it was just fun to watch but now I know I learned so much from Sesame Street...such a wonderful show...

  • Such a travesty that Elmo is a star and this guy is a minor character. It needs to be OPPOSITE.

  • @shadyparadox

I think this guy needs his own show :)

  • to the side, the info says this guy is called Mah Nah Mah Nah...but below you guys are calling him Bip Bippadotta...who is right?

  • @DJLADYD It's the same guy...His name is Mah na mah na on The Muppet Show and Bip Bippadotta on Sesame street

  • Excellent! Jazzy, catchy, and the like. You gotta love Bip Bippadotta. He's so cool.

And look! He's got the whole "near and far" thing down perfectly! Grover could take a tip from this guy! ;-)

Jim, you're going to be missed.

  • @TelephoneRock4ever grover got it right okay, just that he would get exhausted, poor dear.

  • he smoked a lot of weed before doing this video

  • This character (Bip Bippadotta) recently made a cameo appearance in a season 40 episode of Sesame Street. :-)

  • i love his hair neaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • "Hopposite Popposite" That's what I used to think he was saying.

  • I always thought it sounded like he was saying "Pop a zit" hahaha

  • ha ha ha, you are right :D

  • I always thought it'd be messed up if the camera panned down and it turned out that Rowlf was the puppeteer for him.

  • That'd be funny. And to think Sesame Street and The Muppets have nothing to do with each other anymore. SW owns their characters, not paying JH Productions for them, and Disney bought The Muppets. I can't believe the Henson family made them pay $680 million for their Muppets. when Jim Henson made little money compared to The Muppets.

  • Cool jazz tune...nice to hear something other than the hip hop/rap stuff they play on the Street.

  • @rockchickluvsjesus Amen to that sister...amen. Long live Jazz and God bless you. :)

  • Far... near... whereeeeever you are-

    Never mind.

  • This guy was like my favorite puppet on the show in these Sketches!!!! He was EPIC!!

  • Jazzy stuff for kiddies <3

  • I REMEMBER THIS!!

  • could u guys post what year these aired ?

  • The air date would actually be really awesome.

  • classic...

  • I can tell Kevin Clash and Richard Hunt preformed the cows.

  • I remember this one too.. Good remember this

  • His floppy orange hair is my favorite part

  • I remember this one from when I was a kid.

This didn't occur to me at the time, but seeing it again as an adult, I can think of few things more random than cows appearing out of nowhere to sing the bridge of a jazz song.

  • @RaminHAL9001 I think the cows are deliberately random because they're........ OPPOSITE!!! dum dum dum dum dudum dum dum dum dum dum....
