these guys have no idea, if your a LB and their RW is racing down your line you want to turn your body facing your goal so you are running in the same direction as him,that way your pushing him out towards the sideline and not in towards goal, there is no point running backwards if hes running forwards at you since hes dictating the speed and direction which makes it harder for you to keep balance and change direction if he does. pretty stupid... if you wanna learn how to defend, watch some good defenders here and watch them.... pay attention what they do... especially their balance foot and body direction and try to see how they locate their body according to position or against the player they are up against...
