  • Looks like you've been taking lessons from LG15. Some parts of your video look just like them. The mountains are beautiful. But I'm happy to look at the snow from here =)

  • Really. What elements do you recognize from LG15? It wasn't intentional though I have no doubt there are common elements. My fav new online series is called "With the Angels"

  • I think just the beginning. I'm too tired not to re-watch or remember. x_x

  • Oh. BTW, my laptop is reformatted and running nicely =D

  • great video and excellent music once again, hadn't listened to assemblage before this year, thanks to this I can catch up

  • Yeah I think they're awesome. I also like the song Cocoon.

  • Zarbod the Select, I like the song "Drink Labatts Blue!".

  • I see you waisted no time concurring the new wide screen technology of YouTube.

Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving, even if you don't celebrate it.

    Be Well.

  • Well that's mostly because I haven't taken the time to read the instructions on the Sony Vegas editor. Maybe I will one day.

  • MIKMA WAS HERE

  • MIKMA!!!

  • Great video & beautiful footage. The grayness in Anchorage this time of year makes for some dramatic shot. As for the rest; onward Z, o0nward through the fog....

  • I love Anchorage. It's so beautiful

  • in just a few words i will have to say this , for the younger generation to go back like not much maybe 50 years it will be very hard . but to my father who was a child like in ww2 and have a though life and manage to doo well maybe not so hard ,my grandpa who was a soldier and manage to survive the war and the russian winter and lived to 92 years old ,he lived in a time when technology in my county was nonexistent . until maybe the 80s or 90s .

i remember when i showd him mi first laptop WOW!!

  • Yeah, I spoke to my grandmother about that. When she was born there were no planes. Even the news could be delayed long periods. They had to play Xbox by candlelight.

  • "Oh give me a home, where the buffalo roam and the deer and the antelope play and seldom is heard a discouraging word for what can antelopes say".

  • Most of the one's I've seen say "don't eat me."

  • Wow this video is really interesting. Makes me think :P

    Keep it up Zarbod.

  • Thanks.

  • Zarbod the Select. Anchorage is such a dreary looking place in the winter. Kinda of Siberia with cars and a Walmart. Frio, First Science Officer.

  • Actually this place is amazing. Just wait for the video I did last night. Clouds on the mountains and ice floes in Cook Inlet. Amazing.

Oh! I saw my first moose in 2 years last night.

  • Zarbod the Select. Moose Burgers!

    Frio, First Science Officer.

  • Then you really need to get out more often. Two years is a long time to deprive yourself of Female Companionship.

  • "I'm damaged...but somehow I manage."

Truer words were never spoken...er, sung.

Thank you for the beautiful and thought-provoking video Zarbod!

  • Amen sister. I'm feeling it today especially.

If you like that song you might also like Cocoon by Assemblage 23.

  • Zarbod the Select, Alien Technology or Walmart is always superior. Walmart is part of ZarStar Industries. Our Neanderthals label everything 'made in China". It's a cover for all of the junk merchandise we make at Mars. So brilliant. The Earth Humans can't buy enough of our products. We shall soon have total Earth Control. Frio, First Science Officer.

  • The Neanderthal Label is outselling Miley Cyrus!

  • Zarbod the Select, Its the Superior DNA genes of Neanderthal or Miley Cyrus. Frio, First Science Officer.

  • You have the most fantastic video's the scenery over whelming peaceful and mix of noisy people mundane busy life styil and your choice of misic is great. You are brilliant artist Zarbod. 5 Stars.

  • Thank you Drsharky43. But don't worry. I'll be back to inane, caustic sardonisms soon!

  • Very cool Zarbod

  • Thanks G.

  • 5 *'s

  • Thanks Eric. I spent a few weeks on this one.

  • It's been over 12 years since I went to the GAB Co. and I MUST GO BACK for a refill. A 'cuddly' from there would be nice.

    Great video.

  • Is that a donut? Sounds yummy!

  • And I pause at 1:49 for this: Hearing thus far your question etc. I look at what is on the screen. YOU TELL ME. Play it OVER and over and over and o v e r again. Don't just LOOK, "see" AND HEAR. What's different - - WHY? YOU know why - you created it. Duh... Think !!! Think AGAIN. Mr. Writer, producer, director... it's "elementary"... space (things / reality, LIFE, m u s i c.

Now to watch the rest of the video...

  • Hmm. Made ya think :)

  • It depends on how we use it. Some are slaves of technology... some have made technology its slave.

  • Guess it's all a question of balance...just like before.

  • Reminds me of a quote from the Movie,"Mom and Dad Saves The World",-"It's not the size of your planet it's how you use it".

  • Nice video, Zarbod! Technology is both a benefit and a curse, electronic waste is the most toxic of all!!

  • Happy Thanksgiving!

  • This is a most thoughtful and beautiful video.

  • Thank you my friend. Been working a few weeks on it.

  • Humans live for the moment. They forget the Earth is a living thing on so many levels. If they won't take of this home, who else would be stupid enough to give them another to exploit and destroy?

  • Me.

  • Good video. Happy Thanksgiving Zarbod!

  • Happy Thanksgiving!

  • Great video. Technology is ALWAYS good, I would say. But it is HOW it is used. Nuclear power for homes or bombs? It's cleaner than burning coal but what to do with the radioactive waste that has 1000s of years of half-life? Blackberry & such keep people in touch yet isolate too? Thousands of cell phones, computers, etc being discarded every day. Freedom to choose is important: people can opt out of using the latest electronic gizmos, to a certain extent. Recycle. Reuse.

  • I'd say Nuke power is way cleaner than almost anything else humans use. Just has bad PR. Blackberries do tend to fetter us but also allow us to work from other places. Balance is hard.

  • Everything has a price.

  • Everything counts

    In small amounts

  • QueenMummy, Even we do? lol. Nah......uh can I have the D-REX!!! Plus Season1-6 of 24 hours. I am hooked after watching 24 Redemption, last Sunday. Frio, First Science Officer.

  • You are being silly, I have already gotten your hanukah gift, remember?

  • Frio, I have heard that watching too much tv is not good for you, dear, so GET BACK TO WORK! Mummy needs a pedicure.

  • Hello,Zarbod.

What does it say, when the streets were fairly free of traffic, yet the Wal Mart parking area was crowded?

    Consumerism > community?

The time of our domination draws near. We merely have to catch Earthlings while they shop. They will be preloaded in concrete boxes for us...

  • It's a community of consumerism. But who can blame them? There was a special on tube socks.

  • They will call it black Friday.

  • well,those who manage to escape,at first...

  • Already two dead in WalMart stampedes! What is this, India?

  • Zarbod the Select, We do draw in the brightest to shop at ZarStar Industries, uh, Walmart. Frio, First Science Officer. Cool music. Psychological effective with the visual imagining.

  • Frio, are you having the Neanderthals Pole Dance again?

  • Thank God their not selling Cabbage Patch Kids, remember those Stampedes?I watched on TV (where was safe)women fight each other for them.

  • "Black Friday" sounds negative. Why? Isn't it a good thing?

  • Zarbod the Select, It depends on perspective. Frio, First Science Officer.

  • Especially if your on the floor looking up.

  • Good for us, not-so-good for humans.

  • Ummm, pardon me, but you are human, are you not?

  • Yes, I'm just trying to "blend in"...

  • QueenMummy,

I will please you this week. I abducted humans from Indianapolis. Kansas City, Kansas. Salt Lake City, Utah. Green River. Wyoming. Ada, Nebraska. Albert Lea, Minnesota. St. Paul and Plymouth, Minnesota. Madison and Janesville, Wisconsin. Chicago. Elkhart, Indiana. Ann Arbor, Michigan. :")

Frio, First Science Officer has been busy!

  • Good work, Frio.

  • QueenMummy,

It was a long week. These Earth Humans were a annoying pathetic group. They were still moaning and complaining as I turned them over to your Watchers Union for processing....Frio, First Science Officer.

  • O.o It is when profits are in the black.

  • I am starting to believe that aliens are more insightful than humans.

  • Starting? :)

  • Humans are slaves unto convenience, commerce and cartels. With the discovery and exploitation of fossel fuel huma

  • typo-sorry as I was saying,'humans have spread and advanced in population and need unlike any time in human history, they are their own worst enemy.

  • Yeah, but people live longer now than ever. It's hard to balance the pros and cons of technology.

  • This is true, but that means they have a longer opportunity to screw up.

  • But I love convenience

  • I love 7/11s

  • awesome

  • Thanks Crap. Been working on this one for weeks.

  • happy thanksgiving Z

  • Happy Thanksgiving!
