Ummm... you do know those guns are not made (manufactured) in Chicago's inner city right? Maybe, if we could stop the gun pipeline (coming mainly from downstate Illinois among other places) we could prevent stuff like this from happening. Guess we will have to wait until it affects the white community then we could actually do something.
