If this person die or in any injuries, are you Applenews going to responsible for it. I know is wrong for him to sell such a thing but legally you have to responsible for anything that happened to this guy in your report.

I don't think APPLENEWs is responsible for anything. They just merely report the news story. For example, if Applenews reports an interview with a witness who saw the whole murder sence, if the murder hires a person to kill the witness, how can Applenews responsible for it? As long as the story is ture (even if it is not true), i don't think they will get in trouble.

I forgot to mention. Since the news story is for entertainment or information and the purpose of this story is not to get this guy in trouble, I don't see how judge holds against Applenews. If there is no intention invovled and the attack or injuries is by someone else, no law should be able to hold Applenews responsible. I am not an expert or lawyer, but i don't see any logic from your arguement.

Yes he deserves punishments but not in a way that he doesn't deserve. If they think he is doing it wrong, they can get the police to arrest him, but not like this showing his face to give chance to all those who got cheated to harrass him in all ways.
