That happens sometimes to me in Madden 09 for 360. If you score and press Y close to the stands they might walk through them. You have to press Y in the blue area for a non glitching celebration.

What I like to do is a stadium that has a tunnel, After I score, I run into it and then press Y, it looks like the player is leaving the game.

If you don't like your game, mail it back to EA using the warranty address and request a brand new game still in it's wrapping so that you can take it back to where you bought it and get your money back.

I did that with the PC version after finding out how much crap it is and today an unopened version of the PC game came back to me with a letter saying they couldn't do a refund but they gave me a new copy to take back to where I bought it so I can get my money back.
