Eepanels is very outdated and discontinued. Even I don't use it anymore, because it give alot of problems. You should delete it and look around the web for the remake of the addon by a diffrent person (I think it's called Kgpannels now). This new version seems to be more user-friendly.

Happened to me too. You'd have to dig through the /commands to get it back. Try and type /eepanel or /eepanels and try to get it back through there.

If that doesnt work you could also delete the Eepanels savedvariables and reconfigure whole Eepanels again...

Hes in SSC (Serpentshrine Cavern). He does noet drop the blindfold, that item actually comes from Black Temple. Although I gotta give ye the guy does look like he would actually drop it :)
