he doesn't hook the ball, he's aiming in that direction - if anything he slightly draws the ball, which to me it looks like he's doing with his feet positioning and having his knees and shoulders aiming straight, to create a draw shot. Nice swing good overall tempo, personally never been a fan of the slow back swing but you nail it and your follow through is spot on.

u take it back inside and don't have enough rotation on the way back. take the club back with a lot more shoulder rotation and keep the club in front of your body; you'll swing it back more straight. then just uncoil from the bottom up and you'll bring the club in from the proper inside path.

you take the club inside on the backswing. you want it to hide your hands halfway back. try using just your right ARM (not hand) to take the club to the top of your backswing. feel like the club is outside the hands. Then your club is shut at the top of your backswing. and your left wrist gets cupped on the downswing. your downswing is really steep. The end of the club pointing down at all times should point at the base of your plane. and work on that pivot!

Pause this video as you reach the top of you backswing. if you paused it at the right time you will see the clubface is almost facing the sky. This is a trait of a golfer who tends to hook the ball (like me :). If your clubface was doing the opposite (pointing straight down) you would tend to slice the ball. You want your clubface to be in the middle, 45* anlge.

If you stop the video on your backswing half way back you can see how far the club already is behind you and it really should be pointing more at the camera. I'm sure you get it stuck behind you and have to flip your hands over to save it. Try keeping the club in front of your chest thru out the entire swing and try hitting some fades. You really do have great tempo and a good looking swing. I'm sure when you're not hitting hooks and blocks you probably kill it!

You bring it way too far inside and at a very slow pace causing a large amount of acceleration on the downswing which isn't all bad, and from watching your other video I can see that you sway your hips backwards in your backswing much too far. You probably blocked the ball before you did that, and your body corrected it by keeping your hips from turning like they're supposed to. And tuck your shirt in douchebag.
