BRAVO Wu Dongxiao!!!!!! wow i hate admitting that kids play like pros but this kid has got talent!!! i practically bash every single Asian adolescent i see on youtube playing Beethoven on piano or what have you but i think this is one of the best songs ive heard being played on suona(i listen to a lot of zurna so i know wats up)!!!! the fact that this instrument has such a longer history with Asia then the piano makes the his playing be very virtuosic AND natural.
@Spamwolf47 good luck with your solo!! im learning duduk(Armenian flute) and i have a zurna(middle eastern suona) which i play sometimes. i think its so cool how Asian and Middle-Eastern/Mediterranean can have such similar instruments with such different yet uniquely beautiful melodies.
