Okay Rena, here's an example. Look at an ANT. An ANT works all summer long to store up food for the winter. An ANT works in increments or in small portions. An ANT will have set backs such as weather or obsticles, and etc. Each day the ant works, the more the ant improves its survival. Relating to U Rena, work on getting better in small portions. U will have set backs, but continue like the ANT. When people watch your videos, they need to relate 2 U. U help me out.
Rena don't give up. This haven't been a good year for anyone. There is so many things going on right now. God will not give up on U when everyone else will. Your body is stronger than what U think it is. Your body has the ability to heal itself. Just think about your problem and 1000's more have the same problem as U. However some people have different ways of dealing with it. I want to see U reverse the problem. U wiill get better. Restore yourself. U will do it. I believe it.

everything what a person seeks doesnt exist externally, and it sounds cheesy but its only within urself that such a paradisae or hell resides.
