@VirGils11 The combat is very dynamic in the way that you can dodge, (quickly evade powerful attacks from enemies, there is a dodge meter so you can't spam it) block (just as it sounds, you block enemy attacks and take less/avoid damage) Every class is a support class, there is no tank, healer, or dps class, so all classes have some sort of support ability so they can help each other. Teamwork is important if you're playing with others, since combat gets harder the more people you are.

@VirGils11 It's a fun hybrid. Ranged abilities have to be aimed. You can dodge from all melee attacks. If you're not hitting with your weapon it does no damage. Zero autoattack. Some lock on abilities.

While the game might not look that good, and infact it is very boring that hes smashing the 1 key and the boss is down within minutes this demo of the game wasnt designed to lead towards the finished product, it was simply made to be playable therefore we get an okay result but the finished product will probably resemble something of much higher quality

this character has that look about him that reminds me a lot of my protection tauren paladin in WoW, and that's not a bad thing either. I loved the way he ran in to battle with a shield and sword etc because it just looked like he was so sturdy and tankey, and this looks like it's taking it to the next level, which looks absolutely great

@madox750 He's low level and a noob. There are more skills than that, each varying to the weapon you're using. I guess he found the learning curve to be too high that he had to resort to using one skill the entire time.

@crazyman95323 I think levels 20-80 are supposed to take around 90 minutes each (flat leveling curve) but I'm not sure about 1-20. The real issue here is that this game works differently from other mmo's because the leveling is supposed to be just as fun as what you would do at max level so the rush to 80 isn't really needed. You can do competitive pvp with max stats, max gear, and all abilities from level 1 or 2, too, so getting to 80 is not a rush for pvp'ers like myself.

@JustBallax i can't confirm that it was that exact card, but from what i've read concerning the way A-net wants to approach graphics... they want players to be able to play the game on fairly high settings with modest specs... i'm sure if u have something around a gtx460 fermi 1gb card, u'll be able to play the game on pretty much high-max, assuming u have sufficient ram and an ok processor :D

@smiddyman Because the flame legion (the shamans) used to rule the charr by manipulating them with threats that their gods would be displeased. In GW1 one of the charr characters (Pyre Fierceshot IIRC) leads a revolution to prove that their gods are mortal, discrediting the FL's claims and generally pissing off the charr populace.
