I feel as though I have enough sensibilities to make better content then the content I create now but that the people I work with don't and I don't know how to take advantage of those sensibilities. Usually, if you want to make sure I read something, the best way is to type legibility, and capitalize your letters. I have a greater tendency to hold these comments in a higher regard, and actually respond to them.
