it didn't surprise me.. i agree with bishbashboshely about the chords, the second must be Bb, plus you should do some variations to the arrpeggi, and i think maybe can sound better if you do the voice a octave higher but thats just my opinion.. no need to over analyze things. I got the chords, printed off the lyrics, turned the camera on sang it for the first time, this was my third try; it took fifteen minutes. It was a moment in time when I really felt the song, I have not sang it since; don't know if I ever will.

Ignore the haters re: vocal - it's not easy belting out something like this, especially in a quiet place like home, with only an acoustic guitar accompanying you.

BUT: You could do with an extra chord in there. On the original each chord is only two notes, so your transcription fits ok, but the actual implied chords are:

Gm Bb Gm Eb

(transpose to taste - with capo at 3rd fret you can play Em G Em C, and concentrate more on the voice than your left hand!)
