latin america here, making the equivalence a ds game may well be around 80 dollars, so an Import seems to be a good option here (you are not in the 'most' expensive country for that matter)

Most likely because the game is only available through "Club Nintendo," which has prizes that you can get from points you collect from buying Nintendo games in Japan.

And, yes, it's Balloon Fight -- It is awesome.
