  • "over ten years is too much?" WHAT IF IT'S ELEVEN? Why is that suddenly so much worse than 10 years.

  • i am 19 and FIRE NO its no okay thats nasty hes gonna be all old and gross eeeww unless hes brad pitt

  • I'm 29, and the young lady I'm seeing is 21, and we're doing just fine. I was 28, and she was 20 when we 1st met. When we 1st starting going out in public, I was a little worried at what peoople would say, but no one ever said anything.

I think what helps us, is she looks a few years older then her age in a good way, and I look a few years younger.

  • As long as the girl is 21 or older, it's open season for her to date whomever she wants. 18 or older, try to cap it at several years older at the most. If you're Christian, abstain from sex and it's all cool :)

  • Surrrrrrre, why not? I wish I'd started dating older men earlier on too. :)

  • @Tips4ChristianDating Thank you for making these videos they are a real big blessing for me and all you are saying is true I just have one question idk if it is too personal but I am in the same situation, i like a guy that is 6 yrs older than me but I want to know at what time do you recommend we start dating?

  • Im 16 and a sophmore in highschool, i live in the US and i have very strong feeling to a girl who is 2 years younger than me. She is in 8th grade (14yrs old) i am i very strong Christian and God always comes first. But i just wanted to know if this is right? You know since she is younger than me. Help please!!

  • @XYZfilmz1 hey bro honestly i think u guys well be just fine.... u know

  • @XYZfilmz1 You're so cute :-)

IMO God wants a man to fully commit to a woman and love her with all his heart (=to marry her).

Therefore the only reason for a man meeting/dating a woman should be to get to know her and find out if she is the one he can marry.

So you should ask yourself if you are ready for marriage. Cuz if YOU're not ready for marriage, theres no need to be in a relationship to with her to find out if SHEs the one to marry. Same goes when shes not a christian

  • I'm 16 and my girlfriend is 15, is that good for dating?

  • Well for a marriage situation i believe a 10 year age gap is PERFECT

  • oh and I forgot to mention im 20 and Im still weary of dating a guy that would be that much older than me.

  • Hey really like this video, felt just Like talkin to my youth leader:)

I'm a 17yr old girl and I very much like a 22 yr old guy. Here in Australia the age of consent is 16 but I believe in no sex before married. Id say that I'm very mature for my age, I've start and apprenticeship with one of the top five Hair salons in Australia, and am very independent. You said you and your wife are 6 yr apart and so are my parents, but is it inappropriate because I'm not even 18?

  • I'm 40 and she is 18. The generation gap is what makes the tension exciting. She loves the "Daddy" thing all the way and I wouldn't have it any other way. It's amazing for both of us.

  • Wow u r hot

  • Thanks very much for your words i kind in the same there this guy i know since i was 16 and know he 29 and 19. we have always like eah other but we never talk about it since last weekend.

  • goooood points!! GOD BLESS YOU!! I NEEDED SOME INSIGHT ON AGE GAPS AND U CLEARED IT UP FOR ME!! WOW!! WHHHHEEEW( SWEAT OF BROW)

  • i want your accent

  • Thanks 4 giving this deeper thought. I am 18 and my bf is 34. We like each other a lot. We'll see how it works out. Thanks again.

  • Where is there any hope left for Christian relationships in modern society. I gave up completely more than a year ago. They just use and discard men, like a piece of garbage. They just don't need us. What difference does it make the age, when no one commits anymore?

  • 19 and 29? sounds like a big age difference :/

    only problem is generation gap.

  • I've got you all beat, my fiance is 21 and I am 42 yes 21 year differance and we get along great.

  • @GypsyRider so r u still together?

  • Good advice. I personally began dating older men when I was 18/19 who where 10 yrs. older than me. It was exciting and fun (at first) because the guy was mature and could do things that a guy my age (at the time) couldn't do. But, one must keep in mind that we don't get younger with time: we grow older with time. Also, it's important for the young lady to have a life of her own and be able to maintain it in the relationship. She mustn't feel isolated.

  • @Tips4ChristianDating When I see that a person's opinions, advices, and their way of life is solely supported and derived from the Word of God then I'm always interested in their opinion, which brings me to my question. What do you think and where do you stand when in comes to dating or even marriages between two people with different cultures, backrounds, upbringing, races, etc. I'm a Christian and I know we can't marry a non-christian but what about the list i mantioned above?

  • This was really good, im just now turned 20 and im seeing this guy who is 33, but he knows im mature and i know that he's serious about our relatonship, just hope my parents see it that way

  • HOW OLD WHERE BOTH OF YOU WHEN YOU STARTED DATING???

  • I'm 31, and the guy that I like is 21. We're both in the same program at school and we have a lot in common. what do you think of that? My mom says I shouldn't date any guy more than 4 years younger

  • @saloneffects Well, I think that no two relationships that are the same. I know a happily married couple (Christians; they have 6 kids) and the husband is 8 years younger than the wife. It's not like they started courting/dating until he was probably at least 20, but still, I do think it is possible. I think when each partner is looking to God, He can lead us in ways we might not have thought of before. Not that I know anything--I've never yet been in a relationship and I'm 20! yeah. anyway. :)

  • my friends mom is 9 years younger than her husband and thats just fine. but what about 13 and 15.

  • @mycahman You know in my family we have a story of my great-grandmother great-grandfather they got together and started a family when he was 15 and she was 13, and they got great! But in thouse old days of near WWI to WWII years people were more mature than thay in most places are now, so I personally think that if persons are mature enough it is ok, but it is relly individual to consideration.

  • Man...sound advice...:-) Thanks!!!! I'm in a hurry now so when I get the time I'll leave a better comment. ;-)
